Terms & Conditions

Effective September 22, 2026

These terms cover use of the NorthStar IndexBase website and purchases of published item research. If you commission custom research, we will agree on its scope, price, and delivery terms before work begins.

Purchases and access

A published item analysis costs $15 USD as a one-time purchase. Checkout takes place with Stripe. After successful payment confirmation, the analysis and its spreadsheet become available to the account used for checkout. Custom research requests are separate and require an agreed scope. Contact us if you have a purchase or access problem.

Research and decisions

Research is based on information available when it is prepared. Supplier listings, prices, availability, specifications, and seller offers can change. Fitment and performance claims require independent confirmation before you order, install, or sell a product. You remain responsible for your business, purchasing, and safety decisions.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact us about legitimate work. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content.

Content and third parties

Our original site content and branding belong to NorthStar IndexBase unless otherwise noted. References to outside suppliers or sellers do not mean they endorse us. External websites have their own terms and practices.
